Certainly a micro-story to tell but I'm not sure if the film was aiming at something bigger but missed. The ambiguity is key and what makes the story shine: is it a person behind everything or the spirit of a person? Do ghosts send text messages now?
女主把自己的伤痛掩盖起来不愿说出口就像片中把尖锐的话题隐藏起来也从未完整剖开丢到观众面前只是在Never Rarely Sometimes Always和问答中女主的困境和本片背后的社会话题才被揭露出一点棱角如此懒散游走式的摄影方式无比贴合纽约这座城市的喧闹这是成长故事的另一种方式当代的公路电影好像脱离了公路改成用双足在这不大的空间内来回走动只可惜双腿能够走到的距离有限成长能自我修补的程度也有限更多时候它们成为鼻子上那个鼻环的洞口淫术の馆成为身体与人生的一部分
